AI-based autonomous driving system Cognitive Pilot has acquired the Declaration of Conformity to the regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union. Deployment in several countries can now start, as well as mass-production of the technology, which assists train drivers by warning of dangers it picks up.

Cognitive Agro Pilot provides autonomous combine navigation
Cognitive Agro Pilot’s system not only allows a combine to steer itself but also to understand and react to its surroundings. Instead of relying on a satellite signal, the system uses a camera to read the terrain ahead and its AI programming decides how to respond to what it sees. The system should be available in Canada this year.

Cognitive Pilot to release autonomous driver assistance system for trains
Cognitive Pilot will launch mass production of its Cognitive Rail Pilot artificial intelligence (AI)-based driver assistance system for locomotives in 2021, with plans to manufacture more than 2000 units.
